If you brush your teeth every day and stay clean, then you’ll feel better about yourself. There is a decrease of the risk of an infection or illness that could develop if you don’t stay clean. When you look your best, you’ll feel your best.

It can also impact the body in negative ways, such as chest pains, insomnia, and an upset stomach. Try to take a few hours each week for yourself so that you relax the body and the mind.

Spiritual Life

Combine taking care of the body with taking care of your spiritual side. If you don’t want to go to church, then pray during the day or during the week. Consider taking a walk so that you’re alone with a higher power during the week.

Be Social

Instead of staying inside all day, get out to socialize. Talk to people who share your interests. Send a message to someone, make a phone call, or visit friends and family one day out of the week.
